End User License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("Agreement") is a legal contract between you ("Licensee") and Jamie Allen ("Licensor") for the use of the AAROQ typeface family ("Font Software").

By purchasing, downloading, installing, or using the Font Software, you agree to the terms below. If you do not agree, do not use the Font Software.

Subject to payment of the applicable license fee and compliance with this Agreement, Licensor grants Licensee a non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Font Software according to the tier purchased:

• Desktop License — install on up to five (5) workstations for print, branding, logos, and static design output.
• Web License — self-host the webfont on one (1) domain with up to ten thousand (10,000) pageviews per month.
• Desktop + Web Bundle — includes both Desktop and Web rights as described above.
• App / Broadcast License — embed the Font Software in apps, games, broadcast media, and other extended-use deployments as agreed at purchase.

Licensee may use the Font Software to create static or live graphical designs, including logos, marketing materials, websites (within licensed limits), and client work, provided the end use remains within the purchased license tier.

Licensee may make one (1) backup copy of the Font Software for archival purposes only.

Licensee may not, without prior written consent from Licensor:

• Redistribute, resell, sublicense, rent, lease, or give away the Font Software or any derivative font files.
• Share the Font Software with parties who do not hold a valid license.
• Modify the Font Software to create a new typeface for distribution or sale.
• Use the Font Software in a manner that exceeds the scope of the purchased license tier.
• Use the Font Software in unlawful, defamatory, or infringing material.

The Font Software and all associated intellectual property rights remain the exclusive property of Licensor. This Agreement grants a license only; no ownership rights are transferred.

Font files are delivered digitally after purchase. Licensee is responsible for storing downloaded files securely. Licensor is not obligated to provide additional copies beyond reasonable support requests.

This license terminates automatically if Licensee breaches any term of this Agreement. Upon termination, Licensee must cease use of the Font Software and destroy all copies in their possession.

The Font Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. Licensor shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the Font Software.

Licensor's total liability shall not exceed the license fee paid by Licensee for the Font Software.
